• Excess water beneath a foundation can cause it to sag and eventually cause cracking due to the underlying soil moving out from beneath no longer supporting it’s weight. This is a very costly mistake.
• Water beneath a foundation can seep through and around edges until it makes it’s way through potentially causing costly damages possibly even mold.
