Concrete Sealing

We first clean the concrete surface with Dual High Pressure 15″ Diameter Shroud with rotating jets. This helps to remove all the surface dirt and built up residue using a 3200 psi power washer.

Rinse off the dirty water immediately before it has a chance to settle and dry on the concrete surface. The concrete surface must be cleaned entirely of dust, dirt and debris prior to application. Freshly poured concrete must be firm enough to walk on with no surface water present prior to application.

Applying the concrete sealer with a 3.5 gallon handheld sprayer. The concrete sealer is a 100% acrylic water based clear drying emulsion designed to seal and protect concrete against water, salt, and oil damage. Resists blushing when exposed to moisture or rainfall.

Roll out the first coat of concrete sealer with a 24 Foot Extension Pole and 18-Inch Roller Cover with 3/8 Nap. A coverage rate of 200 sq. ft. per gallon is recommended. Coverage rates may be affected by surface porosity. Rolling out the first coat helps push sealer into porous concrete.

Clear coat concrete sealer comes in three finishes, Matte, Satin and Gloss. Temperatures must be above 50°F both during application and for a period of at least 24 hours after application. Protects against moisture penetration and water damage, surface scaling and spalling. Environmentally friendly with a Non-yellowing formula.
