French Drains
French Drains are out of sight and out of mind
(Pricing starting at $2,500)
French and drains (sometimes refereed to as “Trench Drain”) are typically installed to help collect ground water and transport it to an exit point away from a parking lot or structures foundation but are sometimes used in areas that receive occasional standing water. They are also used in streets to help extend the life of a paved surface such as an asphalt lot or driveway. French drains are constructed with a perforated pipe and are wrapped in a cloth sleeve and surrounded by clean rock allowing water to flow into the pipe. These can also be used to collect surface water with the rock being exposed to the surface.
