We had an immediate safety concern involving the need to replace a damaged street drain grate. So, a small project but important to us. Topps responded within less than a week, installing a new drain to our specifications at a fair price. Highly recommend them.

As always, when it comes to Asphalt sealing companies, you always have to be skeptical, and trust me, I was!

I had a great sealing guy. He is no longer around, but his sealing lasted 3 years!

I chose Topps after researching 4 other sealers in the area. I chose Topps because they sounded the most knowledgable about the process and didn’t skimp on quality. Many others water down the the sealer, or will claim one thing and provide another. Topps, was a little more expensive than others, however, they were the only ones that agreed with the type of application I was looking for.

if you get your asphalt sealed, always insist on the use of SealMaster, make sure they add silica sand and Poly Alt 604. The wear and traction from Topps is the best with this combination!…. Also, DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT drive or walk on the driveway for at LEAST 48 hours. I recommend 3-4 days. The extra wait is totally worth it!

At the end of the day, Topps was outstanding. There was a little miscommunication where I wasn’t aware that they were coming, and immediately, they reached out and resolved the issue in a very professional manor.

Since my driveway was sealed I have already had 3 neighbors come to me asking who I used. They all explained that they used another (shall I say “less expensive’) service, and regretted it.

Extremely Professional, we have not yet hired this company because the proposal needs to be reviewed by our neighborhood board, however, Just talking to Tim there via phone and email, he is the greatest guy. He sent a quote over very fast via email then followed up with a hard copy in the mail. The prices are very good and I am hoping my neighborhood votes him in. I wanted to review now, because I think communication is very important in working in projects and out of the 15 companies I contacted for quotes, Topps Asphalt has been the best.

If you’re looking for a paving company, look no further. From the first contact, Topps Paving was professional and customer focused. Every person on their team is courteous and knowledgeable. Their bid was very detailed and included better quality than other bids we received. The driveway they paved on our daughter’s property was perfect! It sounds weird to say, but we LOVE the driveway! The drive transformed and elevated the entire look of the property. The work crew wasted no time, and jumped into action the minute they got there. They took the time to meet with my daughter to ensure she knew exactly what they were going to do, and to ensure she did not have any questions before starting. We obtained at least 4 bids, and are thrilled we went with Topps. We could not be happier and will use them again!

Topps did a great job. The scheduler returned my after hours call, and even stayed on the phone with me for about an hour discussing my concerns and let me take pictures of the driveway, text them to his personal cell, and discuss them with him. He came out to review the driveway himself after it was unsure what we wanted could be done. The day of the job the foreman was kind, respectful, answered all my questions. Everyone I encountered with the crew during paving and sealing was professional, kind and respectful. Their crew really knows what they’re doing. The work was done neatly and well despite debris and other obstacles surrounding the driveway. The driveway looks great. I highly recommend Topps for the professionalism, going above and beyond to meet their customers needs, a job well done and affordable prices.

Prior to contacting Topps we were not sure if we would be able to solve the various drainage issues on our property. We worked with Marc to come up with a plan to solve the water management issues and the bid of the project, he was responsive on all questions we had through the process. Prior to starting the team came out multiple times to take measurements and used laser level measuring tools across our property to ensure drainage flow could be captured. The drainage operations manager Allen, has an incredible level of perseverance to make sure the project was successful. After completion the team followed up with us to ensure project outcome. We are thoroughly grateful for the work and service provided by Topps.

Great experience from start to finish. Our previous asphalt driveway had “drowned” because of water flowing from an adjacent property. The solution involved installation of a trench drain prior to replacing the asphalt surface. Necessary follow up work occurred promptly. We’re very happy that we chose this company and recommend it without reservation.

We received bids from four companies regarding a huge erosion/drainage issue on my backyard hillside. Hands down Topps was was our #1 choice. From start to finish I was extremely satisfied with my project. Mark was the first who came out to look at the project. He spent a lot of time assessing the scope of the project and explained in great detail the plan to remedy the problem. He took photos, measurements, and answered EVERY question. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
He consulted with his team and came back two more times to make sure everyone was on the same page. Allen then came out at least two times as well prior to the start of the project and answered all final questions and explained the schedule and scope of the work. He was so efficient and worked with an amazing group of guys who finished the entire project so quickly. I contacted several companies for my project and oddly enough they all offered estimates. I met with Mark from Topps and he offered an estimate to perform the job correctly, professionally and timely. The staff that did the work was extremely impressive. They cared and did it right once.
